HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Holiday policy covers all full price and sale items.
Any purchase made (excluding gift cards) on or after November 18th,2024, through to December 23rd, can be returned online or in store until January 6th, 2024. Full price purchases made on or after December 23rd will be subject to the standard 14-day return policy. There will be no returns in stores on Nov 29 & Dec 26th.
Online orders should be postmarked by January 6th, 2024, to be eligible for returns.
Yes, online gift card returns will be accepted for all discounted items 49% or less, during the holiday return period. Discounted items 50% and above are final sale.
Discounted items are not eligible for refunds.
Yes, returns and exchanges will be accepted for all items, including those with discounts of 30% or more, during the holiday return period.
No, we do not offer exchanges for online purchases, however, we do allow exchanges exclusively at our full-priced stores (we do not allow exchanges and returns within our outlet locations). There will be no returns in stores on Nov 29 & Dec 26th.
Gift cards are excluded from the holiday return policy and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Yes, receipt is required for any return or exchanges in store and online.
Online Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment for returns made during the holiday period.
Yes, you can return, or exchange items purchased online to our full price stores, if they are within the holiday return policy period and the payment method was Credit Card. Any other form of payment used for your online purchase must be returned online, for example Klarna or PayPal.
Our Outlet Stores cannot process returns for any online purchases in any country.
