Originals and Onyx series items are crafted with exceptional durability and quality in mind. We stand behind the craftsmanship and materials of these products for their entire lifespan. These items are covered by a comprehensive warranty, offering full protection against defects in materials and workmanship, subject to certain conditions. All items that are covered under the Moose Knuckles warranty are outlined on the product page. This warranty does not cover any repairs needed due to accidents, improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear. The warranty is void if the inside product tags are removed. This warranty applies to a new, authentic Moose Knuckles product, purchased from mooseknucklescanada.com or a Moose Knuckles authorized retailer. A valid proof of purchase is required to validate warranty coverage. Please retain your receipt or order confirmation for this purpose.
For all other products, we provide a 1-year limited warranty. Please note that coverage may vary depending on your local regulations.

What is not covered under the warranty?
We provide coverage for any defects in the materials or craftsmanship of your Moose Knuckles product, including issues such as stitching unraveling or insulation leakage. However, it is essential to note that damages resulting from wear and tear, accidents, improper handling, such as tears, rips, or failure to adhere to care instructions, are not eligible for warranty coverage.
What is “wear and tear”?
Although every coat is manufactured to the highest standards using tried-and-true materials and techniques, each user will affect how long it lasts. Our Quality Team recognizes that various materials have varying times when they are vulnerable to indications of a manufacturing fault, and they take this into account when assessing warranty claims. It is important to note that individual experiences may vary depending on factors such as frequency of use, environmental conditions, and maintenance practices. Products that are used on a regular basis will deteriorate more quickly than products that are only worn seldom or twice a year. All items will eventually start to exhibit wear and tear..
Can I make alterations to my item?
You may want to customize or make alterations to your item, we'll still cover warranty services for the parts you haven't changed. Additionally, please note removing any of the product tags within your item will void the warranty completely. At this time, we do not provide any altering services.

I’ve got a question about my claim, who can I contact?
We will endeavor to return the repaired item(s) to you within 2-6 weeks of receiving your item(s). Should the repair exceed the allotted time frame, you will be contacted by our customer service team. Please keep in mind that fall/winter is our busiest season for warranty and repair service. We promise to keep you updated with more accurate estimates throughout the process.
Is there a charge for repairs?
For any repairs covered under our warranty, you won't incur any charges. Costs for non-warranty repairs may vary based on materials and time needed. Feel free to reach out to the recommended center for more information after speaking with our customer service.
Who handles shipping costs?
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning their products to Moose Knuckles for warranty claims. You are responsible for any damage to or loss of your product until we sign for its delivery; it is recommended that you insure your parcel. Please ensure that the product is returned in a box and that your choice of carrier can provide you with tracking information and a proof of delivery. Moose Knuckles will pay the shipping costs to return the repaired or replacement product to you.
