Moose Knuckles reserves the right to discontinue this promotion at any time, without prior notice, for any reason and at its sole discretion.
ELIGIBILITY
Beanie Offer is available only to residents of the U.S.A. and Canada.
Beanie Offer is not available to anyone who has already signed up to receive the Moose Knuckles newsletter at any time before the Offer at 2:00 p.m. EST on November 15, 2023.
To be eligible for the Beanie Offer, you must subscribe to the Moose Knuckles newsletter, by visiting our website at www.mooseknucklescanada.com (the “Website”) and entering your email address at the bottom right of the page or on the pop up email window on the website.
PURCHASE REQUIRED
The Gift Beanie is available one time only, with the purchase, after the Offer Start, of one or more Moose Knuckles products from the Website, having total retail value before taxes and other discounts (not including the value of the Gift Beanie) of at least one thousand dollars ($1,000) in your local currency (an “Eligible Purchase”).
HOW TO REDEEM
During the Offer Period, upon subscription to the Moose Knuckles newsletter, you will receive one (1) Beanie gift code in the email address you provided for the newsletter subscription.
The Gift offer is redeemable online only at the Website. NOT REDEEMABLE IN STORES.
To redeem the Beanie Offer, add the Gift Beanie to your cart along with the other Moose Knuckles products forming your Eligible Purchase .
NOTE: Moose Knuckles reserves the right to offer an alternative gift Beanie as a replacement for the Wolcott Beanie.
Prior to paying, enter Beanie gift code where it says “Add a Promotional code” and click “Apply”. The cost of the Gift Beanie will be deducted from your total cart value.
ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Only one (1) Beanie gift code can be redeemed per Eligible Purchase. Gift Offers may not be combined with any other offer or discount code.
The Gift Beanie cannot be exchanged for other Moose Knuckles products or returned online or in stores for any dollar value.
You will be obliged to return the Gift Beanie if you (a) return for refund, or (b) exchange for products of lesser value, any of the products forming your Eligible Purchases.
If you do not return the Gift Beanie at the time of such refund, Moose Knuckles shall deduct the value of the Gift Beanie from your refund.
If the value of the refund is less than the value of the unreturned Gift Beanie, Moose Knuckles reserves the right not to provide the requested refund.
